Using the Service
By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and authority to act for any business you represent.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
What We Provide
We provide tools to generate and preview lawn care business websites, publish and edit supported websites, and manage related subscriptions and domain features. Features and limits depend on the plan and purchase details shown when you order.
We also publish educational guides, templates, and calculators. They provide general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, legal compliance, or any particular business result.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
Provide accurate account and billing information, keep access credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, unsolicited or abusive messages, infringement of others' rights, uploading malicious code, or interfering with the service or another user's account. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use information you are not authorized to submit.
Your Content and Generated Websites
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to store, process, adapt, reproduce, and publicly display that content as needed to generate, publish, deliver, and maintain your website and provide the service.
You are responsible for having permission to use uploaded photographs, logos, reviews, and other content, and for the accuracy of your business claims. Published contact information and website content are public.
Some text is AI-generated. Review your preview and published content, correct inaccuracies, and confirm permissions and any legal requirements before relying on it. Generated content may not be unique. We do not promise exclusive ownership of templates, generated output, or third-party materials.
Our software, branding, and underlying service materials remain ours or our licensors'. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of that software or those materials.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval and price presented at checkout unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe. Review the plan, billing interval, and any separate domain charges before paying.
Fees and available features are described at purchase. Future offers or price changes do not by themselves change an existing subscription. We will communicate applicable changes to your subscription and obtain any consent required by law.
Cancellation and No Refunds
You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately, ends the subscription, and removes your published website. You do not keep the website online until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are non-refundable, including unused subscription time and domain-related charges, except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling stops future subscription renewals; it does not create a refund or account credit for prior payments.
Keep copies of content you need before cancelling. Removing a website does not necessarily delete account, billing, backup, or operational records. For assistance, contact contact@lawncarewebsite.com.
Domains and Third-party Services
Domain availability, registration, renewal, transfer, and use are subject to the relevant registrar or registry rules and the terms presented for the purchase. Hosting, payment, email, AI, and other third-party services also have their own terms and availability limits.
Cancellation of a website subscription does not necessarily cancel an existing domain registration. Renewal handling can depend on the registrar and registration arrangement. Contact us before cancellation if you need help confirming a domain's renewal status or discussing transfer options.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service, domain availability, propagation timing, or third-party approval of a registration or transfer.
Contact Forms and Business Responsibilities
Contact forms route inquiries to the email address configured for the website. Keep that address current and monitor delivery. Delivery can be affected by email filtering, outages, incorrect information, and third-party services; we do not guarantee every inquiry will arrive.
You are responsible for responding to leads, providing your business services, obtaining appropriate permissions for customer information, and maintaining any notices or policies your business requires. These terms do not govern a customer's separate agreement with your lawn care business.
Availability and Service Limits
We work to provide a functioning service, but outages, maintenance, errors, and changes can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service and resources are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific business outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, such as lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend use when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risks, unlawful conduct, violations of these terms, or legal requirements. We will provide notice where required by law. Contact us to discuss account access or request account deletion.
Cancellation, account deletion, domain registration, and removal of published content are different actions. Do not assume that completing one automatically completes all others.
Applicable Law, Changes, and Contact
Virginia law governs these terms, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing here removes protections or remedies you are entitled to under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Revised terms and their effective date will be posted here, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law. Changes do not override mandatory rights or automatically change previously agreed billing terms.
