Information We Collect
- Account information: Your email address, account identifiers, authentication information, and account settings when you register or sign in. Authentication is handled through our service providers.
- Business and website content: Information you enter to generate, preview, publish, or edit a website, including business name, contact details, location, services, hours, reviews, social links, photographs, logos, and other uploaded content. Information intended for your published website becomes publicly accessible when published.
- Billing and domain information: Subscription status, transaction and customer identifiers, purchase details, and information needed to arrange domain services. Stripe collects payment details during checkout; we do not receive your full payment card number.
- Messages and leads: Support correspondence and contact-form information sent through websites we host, such as a sender's name, email address, phone number, requested service, frequency, and message.
- Technical and usage information: IP addresses and request logs processed by hosting providers, device and browser information, pages visited, referral information, and events such as beginning a website build or completing a subscription.
Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the service. Only upload information and images that you are authorized to use.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts; generate and publish websites; save and apply edits; process subscriptions and domain requests; route contact-form leads to the relevant business; provide support; maintain security; troubleshoot problems; measure service use and advertising performance; and meet legal obligations.
Preview information is processed to build the preview. Some information may also be stored for account creation, publishing, website management, or contact-form routing. A field used in a preview should not be assumed to be anonymous or never stored.
Service Providers and Sharing
We share information as needed to operate the service. The following providers support relevant features:
- Supabase: Account authentication, business and website records, and uploaded image storage, where used.
- Replit: Application hosting, server-side processing, and database infrastructure, including billing and website-management records.
- Vercel: Hosting published customer websites, delivering their content and images, and arranging supported domain registrations and configuration. Older domain arrangements may involve Namecheap.
- Stripe: Payment processing, customer and subscription records, and transaction verification.
- OpenAI: Generating website copy from supplied business details, such as business name, service location, services, and selected business characteristics.
- Resend: Delivering contact-form leads and service communications, including the recipient address and message content where applicable.
- Web3Forms: Delivering dashboard support requests, including the supplied name, account email, request type, and message.
- Google: Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits, service events, and advertising conversions. Google Fonts, Maps, or Business Profile content may also receive browser requests when loaded on a page.
- Meta: The Meta Pixel on the main production application measures page views and supported service events, such as viewing a preview, to help assess advertising. It may receive browser and cookie identifiers, page information, and event details.
- Photon by komoot: Location searches used for city and address suggestions, including the search text and normal browser-request information.
Features determine which providers receive information. Public websites and third-party embeds can be accessed directly by visitors and operate under their respective providers' policies. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our service uses browser storage for authentication and session-related functions, referral information, and conversion tracking. Google tags and the Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic, attribute advertising, and record conversions. Some conversion measurement is also performed server-side using subscription and attribution identifiers.
You can restrict cookies and site storage through your browser, although doing so may affect sign-in and other features. Browser blocking does not necessarily prevent server-side processing. This policy is a disclosure, not a cookie-consent control.
For Google's practices and available controls, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services, My Ad Center, and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Advertising-related sharing can fall within regulated definitions of sharing or targeted advertising depending on applicable law.
For Meta's practices and choices, see its Privacy Policy and your Meta account's advertising preferences.
Visitors to Customer Websites
If you submit a contact form on a customer's website, we process the information to deliver your inquiry to that business through our email provider. The business receiving your inquiry is responsible for its own handling and follow-up. Contact that business about its practices; contact us about the processing we perform for the website service.
This policy does not replace any privacy notice a customer needs for its own business, website, or independent third-party tools.
Retention, Security, and International Processing
Information is kept as needed to provide and administer the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention depends on the information, its purpose, and provider systems. Cancelling a subscription or removing a published website does not necessarily erase account, payment, backup, or operational records.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to our service, but no system or transmission is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy rules may differ from those where you live.
Your Choices and Requests
You can edit available account and website details through your dashboard. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, or opt out of certain advertising-related uses.
Send requests to contact@lawncarewebsite.com. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request before responding. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and some records may need to be retained. If an applicable law provides an appeal right, you may use the same email to request review of a decision. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.
Children's Information
Our service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our service, contact us so we can review and address the situation.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as the service or information practices change. We will post the revised policy and effective date here and provide additional notice where required by law.
