Add Lawn Aeration, then set a quantity in 1,000-square-foot units, square feet, acres or another suitable unit and enter your own rate. Add related work, such as overseeding, as a separate line if it is part of the job.

Estimate the time needed to collect leaves based on the property size, leaf volume, obstacles and number of workers. Add Leaf Removal with crew hours or another appropriate unit, then add bagging, hauling or disposal as separate extras when they are not already included in your rate.

Estimate how many cubic yards the beds need, then consider material cost, delivery, preparation and installation labor. Add Mulching using cubic yards or your preferred unit, set your own rate, and add delivery or other charges separately if they are not included in that rate.

A minimum can cover the time and expense of visiting a small job. Enter it in Minimum charge; the calculator adds a visible top-up only when the subtotal falls below that amount. Discounts or a manual final-price override can still lower the final estimate below the minimum, and the summary warns you when that happens.

Check the rules where you work. Taxability can vary by location and by service or material. The tax control is optional and applies the rate you enter to the amount after the discount. Confirm which parts of the job are taxable under local rules before sharing a final quote.
